I ordered Beat The Breakup. How do I access the program?

Please check your inbox and look for the ClickBank confirmation email that contains details of your order.  Look for the Beat The Breakup section of this email (usually the first item listed) and click the large green button titled “Download or Access Your Product”.  Clicking this button will take you to a webpage where you’ll be shown your Members Zone login details (username/password).  Then, simply click “Continue” to proceed to the Members Zone and begin working through the program (detailed instructions on how to open/download the program are provided on each page).

If you already know your Members Zone username and password, click here to go to the Members Zone homepage and enter your login details.  After logging in, simply click the program component you want to access.

Beat The Breakup Receipt Email

I don’t know my Members Zone username/password.

If you have completed your order but have not yet clicked on the green “Access or Download Your Product” button on the ClickBank Receipt Page (shown immediately after you finished placing your order) or in the ClickBank Receipt Email, please do so now as this will create your account automatically, and you will be shown (and emailed) your login details.

I can’t download/open the main e-book.

The Beat The Breakup e-book is available in 3 file formats: PDF (works on all devices), EPUB (for mobile reader apps) and MOBI (for Amazon Kindle readers).

If you are having trouble opening the e-book, please begin by installing the latest version of Adobe Reader, which is available via free download here.

Using a different web browser may also solve any download problems — if you have been using Google Chrome, for instance, try using Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari instead (all are available for free online).

If you are using a mobile phone (iOS/Android) to access the program, then you will be able to open the book simply by clicking the blue button in the members download area.  You may download it to your phone for offline access.

To download the e-book file to your computer, right-click on the blue download button and choose “Save File” or “Save Target As” to save the e-book to your computer’s hard drive.  Once downloaded, the book can be opened in Adobe Reader (a free download already installed on most computers).

I can’t play the videos.

The videos are in standard web format, meaning they should be playable in almost all web browsers (including all computers, tablets or mobile devices).

If you are unable to play the videos, please try using a different web browser (ie. use Google Chrome instead of Mozilla FireFox, for instance).  Please also ensure your browser is capable of playing either Flash or HTML5 video content (check the help documents in your web browser for further details).

I can’t play or download the audio course.

The audio course is in MP3 file format, just like any song you would download from iTunes or other streaming / audio download services.  You can play the audio files using the embedded player on the download page, or right-click the blue buttons on the right side of the download page to download the audio files to your computer or mobile device.

If you are unable to play the audio files using the embedded player on the download page, please try using a different web browser (ie. use Google Chrome instead of Mozilla FireFox, for instance).  Please also ensure your browser is capable of playing either Flash or HTML5 video content (check the help documents in your web browser for further details).

If necessary, you can download the audio files (either all at once, or each chapter individually as a separate file) in MP3 format using the links on the right side of the Audio Download page.  MP3 files can be opened on any computer or mobile device.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

To unsubscribe from any automated emails, simply scroll to the bottom of any email message and look for the “unsubscribe” link.  Click the link and choose which mailing lists you wish to be removed from. You will be immediately and permanently unsubscribed and will not receive any further automated emails.

Why is my order / credit card being “declined”?

To cancel any recurring subscription (such as 1-on-1 coaching), please click here and fill out the Cancellation Request Form.  You may also simply send us an email with your order number and we will be happy to cancel your subscription.
